Gary Lewis

Gary Lewis (Glasgow, 30 de noviembre de 1957) es un actor británico conocido por sus interpretaciones en películas como Billy Elliot, Gangs of New York, Eragon, His dark materials y Three and Out.^[1]​

Biografía

Lewis es buen amigo del actor británico Peter Mullan.

Está casado y tiene un hijo, el actor Maarten Stevenson.

Carrera

Gary Lewis ha participado en papeles importantes en la televisión como por ejemplo en el docudrama Supervolcán.

En 2000 se unió al elenco de la exitosa película Billy Elliot, donde dio vida a Jackie Elliot, el padre de Billy Elliot (Jamie Bell). En 2008 apareció por última vez como invitado en la serie Taggart, donde dio vida a Donald Booth en el episodio "Homesick", habiendo aparecido anteriormente por primera vez en la serie en 1996, cuando dio vida al abogado de Price durante el episodio "Devil's Advocate".
