ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਡਾਕ ਸਟੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ

The Indian Postal Service has issued stamps on many themes - relating to history, architecture, nature, culture and heritage. Provisions exist for organisations and interested bodies to suggest the printing of special commemorative stamps as well as first day covers and cancellations. The Indian Post runs philatelic bureaus, operates deposit based philateic services, a philatelic magazine and also publishes lists of stamps from time to time.

This article lists the stamps in two sections - Indian postage before and after independence. Stamps belonging to convention and feudatory states have been excluded.

ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਟੈਪਾਂ

ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਰਾਜ ਮੱਧ 18ਵੀ ਸਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਿਹਲੀ ਚਿਪਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਟੈਪ 1852 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, 12 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਹਲੀ ਪੈਨੀ ਬਲੈਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਸਕਿੰਦੇ ਦਾਵਕ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਈਸਟ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਛਾਪਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਵਰਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਲੱਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਹੋਰ ਕਈ ਉੱਗਰੀਆਂ ਸਟੈਪਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਮਹਾਰਾਣੀ ਵਿਕਟੋਰੀਆ, ਰਾਜਾ ਐਡਵਰਡ VII, ਰਾਜਾ ਜਾਰਜ V, ਅਤੇ ਕਿੰਗ ਜਾਰਜ VI ਦੇ ਚਿੱਤਰ ਛਪੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।

ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਟੈਪਾਂ

ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਸਟਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਿਹਲੀ ਸਟੈਪ 21 ਨਵੰਬਰ 1947 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਿਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਝੰਡੇ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਬਣਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ. ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਡੋਮੀਨੀਅਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਡਾਕ ਦੀ ਸੁਰਖੀ ਨਾਲ 1949 ਤੱਕ 1947 ਤੱਕ ਸਟੈਂਪਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ. 1950 ਵਿੱਚ, ਭਾਰਤ ਗਣਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ 4 ਸਟੈਂਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਸਟੈਂਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਆਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। (ਇਸਨੂੰ ਏਐਸ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ)।
